vRent is a vacation rental application that enables users to rent and book properties worldwide. Individuals aspiring to start a business similar to Airbnb can utilize this application. With this application, property owners can rent out their properties or spaces to guests, thereby generating revenue.

Users

We have 3 types of users -

Admin

The admin, who is the owner of the site, has complete control over the system. They can manage bookings, property listings, commissions, payment methods, payouts, and various other aspects of the platform. Using the admin panel, the admin can oversee and manage guests and hosts.

Customer

Customers, also known as hosts, are users who can rent out their rooms, spaces, or apartments and earn money by listing their property on the platform. To become a member of the system, hosts need to sign up initially. Users can sign up using their email address or opt for signing up using their social media accounts. Hosts have the authority to accept or decline booking requests.

Guest

Guests have the ability to search for properties and make bookings. Additionally, guests can become hosts to rent out their own properties. They can sign up using their email address or through their social media accounts. Both guests and hosts can leave reviews after the checkout date of a booking. Guests can search for properties by entering the location and selecting the check-in and check-out dates. The available property list will display with all relevant information, and the location will be pinned on Google Maps for reference.
