vRent is an online platform dedicated to vacation rental bookings, catering specifically to holiday rentals worldwide. Tailored to meet the requirements of landlords aiming to maximize earnings by listing vacation rentals globally, vRent empowers users to establish their own vacation rental platform. Its goal is to assist guests in discovering accommodations affordably.

  • Unlimited Property Listings: There are no limitations on the number of property listings you can have on your site with vRent. You have the flexibility to add hundreds of thousands of listings effortlessly. Additionally, vRent allows you to easily add, edit, and manage your listings with convenience.

  • Flexible Usages: Now, vRent is accessible to everyone, as you no longer need to acquire additional expertise for installation and website management.

  • Calendar Module: vRent features an advanced calendar module that enables hosts and admins to set prices for each date. This calendar functionality allows hosts and admins to block unavailable dates and specify minimum and maximum date ranges by selecting a start date and an end date.

  • Booking by Online Payment: In vRent, users book properties by making payments. They select their desired check-in and check-out dates, fill out additional details, and proceed to make payment. Users can pay using various methods, including credit cards, debit cards, or directly from their bank accounts, ensuring flexibility and convenience in the payment process.

How does it works

vRent have two type of user, The Host and The Guest

For Host

  • Create Account: You can sign up for vRent easily by providing your information and credentials. Just visit the vRent website, click on the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button, and follow the prompts to fill in your details such as your name, email address, and password. Once you've completed the registration process, you'll have your own account and can start exploring the platform right away.

  • List your property: Listing your property on vRent is a straightforward process. Simply provide essential details about your property, upload images, and specify its location. This streamlined process ensures that your property is listed efficiently on the platform.

  • Accept Request: If the property booking system is set to "Review each request," the host has 24 hours to accept or decline the booking request from the guest. If no action is taken within this timeframe, the request will expire.

For Guest

  • Create Account: You can sign up for vRent easily by providing your information and credentials. Just visit the vRent website, click on the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button, and follow the prompts to fill in your details such as your name, email address, and password. Once you've completed the registration process, you'll have your own account and can start exploring the platform right away.

  • Booking Property: Guests on vRent have the option to explore the entire site or search for specific property types or search by locations. Upon finding a property of interest, they can proceed to book it by selecting their desired check-in and check-out dates. This user-friendly process ensures a seamless booking experience for guests.

  • Payment: After selecting the property, guests can proceed to complete the booking by making a payment. We offer both online and offline payment options. Online payment methods include PayPal, Stripe, FlutterWave, and Paystack. Additionally, guests can choose offline or manual payment via bank transfer.

Note

In our system, hosts have the option to become guests by booking properties listed by other hosts. Similarly, guests can transition into hosts by listing their own properties on the platform.
